Hello everyone,
We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported Raman Filipino Food Truck over the years. You've made the last five years truly unforgettable. Through every high and low, your loyalty kept us going—and honestly, without you, this entire journey wouldn't have been worthwhile.
To our amazing customers, thank you for letting us share our Filipino cuisine with you. So many of you grew from regulars into friends, family, and our biggest cheerleaders. To our fellow food truck vendors, we will never forget the generosity you showed us or the wonderful moments we shared together.
Our final day serving our current menu will be July 19, 2026. After that, the truck will transition to a Hibachi menu under a new team, though it will keep the same name and location to continue serving this community. As some of you may already know, our family has been selected for a Permanent Change of Station overseas, making the change inevitable.
If anyone wants to place an order for the very last time, Sunday is the last day!
