We were so fortunate and privileged to be able to serve the people of Selmer for a solid week. We loved working alongside the folks at World Central Kitchen in the small ways we could contribute. It is an amazing cause with amazing people, and worthy any donation dollars you can send their way. They will still be set up at Selmer Farmers Market today with the help of Pappy Johns Bar B Que and El Palomino Mexican Restaurant.

Out of our little kitchen (and later a smoker and grills), we were able to contribute about 2,500 cookies over a week and 150 meals on Saturday alone. I wish we could keep up with the pace and continue, but we are no good to anyone if we run ourselves ragged. We have to catch up on our responsibilities at home. We aren't going anywhere, though. We will still take and distribute donations, and you may see us pop back up before this relief effort is over. Thank you so much for everyone who showed up and donated to help us keep running (sometimes literally) over the past week. We didn't get photos of everyone, but we are posting a handful of highlights from the week. Thank y'all, again.
