Featuring crisp broccoli florets tossed with toasted sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, thinly sliced shallots, and sharp cheddar cheese. Every week we feature a salad kit containing a combination of crisp organic vegetables, special toppings like nuts, cheese, dried fruit or homemade croutons, and a complimentary homemade dressing! This week we are offering Foggy Hill Farm kale and organic brussel sprouts topped with crunchy garlic croutons, classic Caesar dressing and shaved Parmesan in a vibrant twist on the classic Caesar salad.
