Hey friends — it’s been a minute.
I know things have been quiet here, so I wanted to give a quick update. ✨️

Coastal hasn’t gone anywhere — I’ve been working behind the scenes nonstop on the next big step: bringing our brick-and-mortar café to life. Some pieces are moving quickly, and others are taking a little longer than expected (business plans, funding, permits… all the exciting stuff 😄).

In the meantime, I’m working as much as I can to keep things rolling, keep myself afloat, and keep building the foundation this café deserves. It’s slow season for progress, but it’s not a stop — just a pause while the ~tides~ shift. 🌊

Thank you for sticking with me, for every message, for your excitement, and for believing in Coastal Coffee.

I promise big things are coming — and I can’t wait to share them with you!

❤️ ENORMOUS thank you to everyone who has contributed to the gofundme thus far!! We've officially hit $3k you guys-- that's AMAZING!!

✔️ To those seeking updates: I'm holding onto your generous donations until I'm able to secure a loan, as the upfront cost of business is an overwhelming number. That being said, once the loan is secured, I'll be taking the exciting next step of securing our LOCATION! I'll be posting a lot more updates and timelines once we get that ball rolling.

We are saddened to share that our owner has fallen under the weather and we will be missing the Kent Farmers Market this Saturday, 9/6 to maintain personal and public health.
