Working in the service industry, it’s inevitable that we sometimes encounter people who make us uncomfortable. Our tea is specially sourced from Japan, and its cost is significantly higher than inexpensive teas. We clearly state on our menu that we do not offer free refills.

When our server explained this to you, you said you understood and were willing to pay for another cup. However, when you were leaving after paying, you said, “You charged me for another tea, so I’m not leaving a tip.”

Our server was working hard to take care of your entire table, only to be treated this way. Please show some respect for the people who are working hard to serve you.

After working a long, exhausting day at the restaurant, I came back to find that someone had broken into my car and taken my wallet. There’s nothing worse than ending an already exhausting day with an experience like this.

To the person who stole my wallet: You can keep the money, but please return my IDs and other important documents. I really need them.😡
