We want to shine a light on an incredible teammate as today marks a very special milestone ✨

Today, Michelle is celebrating 30 years with Butler, and we’re incredibly proud to honor her dedication, hard work, and the lasting impression she’s made over the past three decades 🙌

Michelle is a well-known and highly respected member of our community. She’s built a reputation for outstanding service, professionalism, and the ability to handle anything that comes her way with confidence and ease. Many guests already know her well, and she’s been a steady, familiar presence for years.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time on the water 🌊 and is a proud member of the local yacht club ⛵️, reflecting the same sense of connection and community she brings to everything she does.
