Shane's Coffee had such a blast serving in Santa Rosa for their re-brand and staff appreciation! It was so great to be a part of this big day for Sonic and we love that two Santa Rosa based businesses could support each other. Thanks Sonic for supporting the Shane's mission to bring change to the community, and for choosing us to caffeinate you on such a big day!

We got lots of great feedback, and it looks like the honey bun latte was a crowd favorite, along with our shaken iced teas! Come try for yourself and pick a favorite of your own.

Schedule Update!

Take a look at our schedule below for info on how to find us for the next couple of weeks. Of note:

We will be doing events this weekend, so we will be closed on Monday.

We will also be working Saturday May 9, and will be closed Monday May 11.

Important Update: Operations Paused 🚛☕

We want to start by saying a huge thank you to everyone who came out for the Butter & Egg Days parade! We were absolutely blown away by the incredible turnout and the support from our community.
However, we have some news to share regarding the next week. While we were working on the trailer during the event, we were unfortunately hit by a truck. Thankfully, everyone is okay, but the trailer needs some professional attention.

The Details:
We will be closed for the upcoming week.

We are getting the trailer fully inspected and repaired to ensure everything is 100% safe for us to serve you again.

We are working hard and feeling hopeful that we’ll be back in operation by next weekend for the Apple Blossom parade!

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we get back on our feet (and wheels). We can’t wait to see you all again very soon!

Today quite literally started off with a bang. While we were getting everything prepped to open the windows this morning, the trailer took an unexpected hit. It was certainly not the way we envisioned kicking off the Butter and Egg Days festival, but we rolled with the punches.

​Nevertheless, the event carried on, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who checked on us and still showed up to support the business. As it turns out, there is no amount of sudden physical rattling that a properly made Passion Fruit Shaken Iced Tea cannot fix.

​We are thoroughly worn out from the morning's adrenaline and the busy service that followed. We are going to take the next few days to rest, regroup, and make sure everything on the rig is sorted. We look forward to being back in action next weekend for the Apple Blossom Festival. 🌼 🌸

Shane's upcoming schedule!

Hey everyone. Shane's Coffee is excited to announce a busy schedule over the coming weeks. This weekend, and next, we will be working events that we are very excited for. Saturday the 18th, we will be in Petaluma for the Butter and Egg Days Parade, and the following weekend the 25th and 26th, we will be in Sebastopol for the Apple Blossom Parade.

These events are exciting, but they mean that our normal route will be altered in the days following each event to give us a chance to rest and restock. We will also be taking departures from our normal route on the 6th in the morning, and the 12th for the Healdsburg farmers market.

Come and see us at these events and keep this schedule handy so you know where to find us!

Today we are recognizing Nuri Hefron, an occupational therapist and a foundational supporter of Shane's Coffee. Long before we had even secured our trailer, Nuri dedicated hours of her time to connect us with an occupational therapy team. Her expertise was critical in developing a training curriculum tailored to support participants with specific learning styles and workplace accommodations.
When asked about her specific work in psychosis care, Nuri shared that being an OT is about action. Rather than just talking in sessions, she works alongside individuals to practice, adapt, and figure out what actually works. When daily routines, work, school, or relationships are disrupted, Nuri focuses on the whole person, breaking challenges down to help them find a path forward and feel like their best selves again. We are incredibly grateful for the creative and impactful work she does.
