The bread trailer is stocked, the sourdough is fresh, and we’re officially OPEN for our very first Saturday in Corrales! 🍁❤️

Come say hello, meet your Sourdough Smith, and take home a fresh loaf (or maybe a cinnamon roll or two 😋). We’ve brought plenty for walk-up shopping, while supplies last!

Not all sourdough is crusty! Ours is a soft, sandwich-style sourdough with a golden crust and tender crumb- made for everyday sandwiches, morning toast, or simply a warm slice with butter. 😋

Handcrafted with simple ingredients and lots of care, right here in Sandoval County, NM. ❤️

🥖 BEHIND THE BREAD | Why Our Flour Matters

Good bread starts long before the dough reaches the oven. ❤️

At The Sourdough Smith, we’re intentional about our ingredients, right down to the flour we choose.

We bake with King Arthur bread flour, made from American-grown wheat. It’s never bleached or bromated, contains no artificial preservatives, and is Non-GMO Project Verified.

Its higher protein content also helps us achieve the beautiful rise and soft, satisfying texture we love in our sandwich-style sourdough.

It’s not the cheapest flour on the shelf, but quality and consistency matter to us. We believe the little choices make a difference in every loaf.

Simple ingredients. Thoughtful baking. Bread we’re proud to share with your family. 🥖

Wondering how to get your favorite sourdough? We make it easy!
