Took me a while to perfect but these were a big hit. Chiles rellenos con tórreznos de papa, Mexican rice and some onion and tomatoes broth.

I wanted to giveaway a family meal next Thursday, all you will need to do to enter is like my page Hecho Al Gusto and share it. Once you have completed that I will enter your name into a raffle and picking a winner on Wed the night before.
I am trying to build my page and could use your help, who better than those that have been very supportive in my endeavors.

Family Meal Deal Thursday 4/1 will be ...12 inch Birria quesadilla pizza, it will include oaxaqueño cheese, birria that has been marinated and cooked overnight, red onion, cilantro, it will be topped off with a swirl of Mexican crema, grilled white onion, and avocado salsa.

Feeds up to 3 people.

Cost: $20
