People who know me know how much I love perfume — but some scents are more than just scents. They are memories. 🤍
Growing up, motia always meant my Nani. She would wear fresh motia flowers tucked into her ears, and somehow that soft, heady scent of jasmine has stayed with me all these years. In Pakistan, there’s something so wonderfully Nani about motia too — maybe that’s why one whiff can make me feel like a little girl again.
When I smelled Olène by , with its notes of wisteria, honeysuckle, jasmine and narcissus, I was instantly taken back to her. To those little white flowers. To her. To home.🤍
So when I had the bottle engraved, there was really only one thing I could put on it:
Nani Pyari. 🤍
Funny how a perfume inspired by the gardens of Venice could take me all the way back to my Nani in Pakistan.
This one is for you, Nano.🌿🤍
