Ce Patli Tortilleria is looking for an ambassador to join our mission and represent our family tortilleria at Campbell farmers market on Sundays. As we prepare to open our community tortilleria, Farmers markets have been an important way for us to engage with the community and bring awareness to our 100% Nixtamal Tortillas made in San Jose from Mexican Heirloom Maiz.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated farmers market associate to help us address the increasing consumer demand for authentic, healthy, and clean foods made locally.

1. Conventional tortillas ingredients with additives/preservatives, and while it says nixtamalized corn flour, it’s not fresh as it was prepared for a long shelf life. The additives dilute any remaining nutrients.
