At the end of the meal, we always try to ask our guests what was the best part of the whole experience, was it the entree? The pasta? The dessert? The wine? And quite often, we get “ THE BREAD!! “ and some even swear they could eat 10 buns at one go.
Our Japanese milk bread is offered in all of our tasting menus. It’s not elusive like Chef Dave’s buffalo wing but it’s pretty darn good. It’s baked fresh daily, super fluffy and goes with our culture butter that we made in house.
