At the end of the meal, we always try to ask our guests what was the best part of the whole experience, was it the entree? The pasta? The dessert? The wine? And quite often, we get “ THE BREAD!! “ and some even swear they could eat 10 buns at one go.

Our Japanese milk bread is offered in all of our tasting menus. It’s not elusive like Chef Dave’s buffalo wing but it’s pretty darn good. It’s baked fresh daily, super fluffy and goes with our culture butter that we made in house.

Our second season of Meet Us in San Francisco with Chef from was an absolute blast. Chef Max brought the LA heat with his take on buffalo hot sauce to be paired with his chicken and carrot roulade dish.

Chef Dave’s grilled Washugyu ribeye, set within a ring of demi sec beet mousse,
rests over smoked béchamel and wilted fava greens.
A braised beef shoulder croquette and green garlic confit is served alongside.

Our new dessert featuring a cranberry ice cream with medjool date cake, layered with sheep’s milk yogurt sauce and a bright yuzu curd! Lemon thyme at the end gives it a nice layered surprise!

A look back at our “Meet Us in San Francisco” dinner series with , powered by . We brought the best of the coast to the table, from Osetra caviar on plankton crepes to that signature Crown Shy hot sauce.

• Canapé Trio: Layers of spicy tuna & pink pineapples on nori chip, Plankton crepe with Uni & Osetra caviar, Cured Mt. Lassen trout on Tamari meringue.

The Shellfish: Oyster with sherry consommé and timut pepper.

The Dip: Smoked sturgeon dip with trout roe and cured quail egg with seaweed crackers.

The Pasta: Potato gnocchi with oxtail ragu and black trumpet mushrooms.

The Main: Grilled citrus-marinated chicken with that iconic Crown Shy hot sauce.

The Finale: Mont Blanc with milk chocolate custard and coffee crumble.
