This iconic sandwich is the namesake of our restaurant, and it is an important part of nightlife in Puerto Rico. It is a sandwich made with pan sobao, a popular Puerto Rican sweet bread sold in bakeries across the island. The famous street version contains equal parts chicken, beef, and ham, with bread slathered in garlicky Puerto Rican mayo ketchup sauce and topped with potato sticks for an extra hint of crunch and salt.
