IT’S TRUE! 🍷☕️
Over the past year we’ve been experimenting with fermentation and what ways we can express it with coffee. This time we’ve partnered with award winning to create our first wine co-fermented coffee.
We started by fermenting green Colombian coffee alongside natural wine grapes, allowing the coffee to absorb structure, acidity, and aroma during fermentation itself. Nothing is added later. The result is a coffee that feels familiar, yet unmistakably new.
Our White Wine coffee is co-fermented with Fiano, an ancient white grape from southern Italy known for its expressive aromatics. The cup is clean and precise, with notes of Asian pear, hazelnut, and honeycomb. Bright but balanced, it finishes smooth and refined.
Our Red Wine coffee is co-fermented with Aglianico, a deep, structured red grape. It opens with vibrant fruit, followed by dark chocolate and subtle grain-like depth. The body is rounded and layered, with a warm, lingering finish that invites you back for another sip.
