🍸 Meet the Team: Georgia Lacey 🍸
Meet Georgia! She’s been bringing the good vibes behind the Beaumont’s bar for almost 5 years.
🌸 Cocktail personality? A Hugo Spritz refreshing, bubbly, floral, and effortlessly bright.
🎉 One phrase your coworkers hear you say every shift? “Yaaay!” (Closely followed by “Ow.” 😅 I’m clumsy)
🐶 Spirit animal? Some sort of dog: loving, happy, and always ready to put my head down and work.
🧟 Zombie apocalypse partner? Which coworker are you teaming up with? Brennon. Great survival instincts… and he’s also my boyfriend so he’d save me from my own clumsiness.
☕ Favorite cocktail to make? The underrated Carajillo. Not so well known but so delicious & very simple.
🏝️ Desert island drink? A tropical Hugo Spritz with a coconut cream. So refreshing and tropical! If we’re talking every day then I’m going for a Carajillo all the way.
✨ One drink everyone should try? You guessed it, a Carajillo. Everyone always chooses an espresso martini if they want a little pick me up, but a carajillo is so much tastier & more straight forward. You can also choose your spirit with a Carajillo and it will always translate well.
🎶 Bartender hype song? I have many songs that can put me in “bartender mode”. Usually something I can absolutely belt out in the car on the way to work.
💐 Hidden talent? I’m very proud of my creativity, I have a floral business outside of bartending & with cocktail creation behind the bar I’m able to express my creativity in really fun ways.
🌊 Outside of Beaumont’s? You’ll find me soaking up beach days or somewhere outside, spending time with loved ones, hanging with my pups, or enjoying a cozy day at home with my guy.
Next time you’re at the bar, ask Georgia to make you a Carajillo… just be prepared to order a second one. 😉🍸
