Grilling time for me means marinades. I marinade all Summer long at many clients' requests!

The clients order what they feel like eating, I don't tell my clients what to eat.😁

Chimichurri Chicken for yesterday's grilling session — fresh, vibrant, and clean!

Marinating is one of my favorite ways to build flavor. It enhances the dish without ever masking the natural taste of the chicken.
Dress a quinoa salad full of Summer veggies, extra Chimichurri on the side and we are all set!

Over the weekend I prepared, per request, a Roast beef with Calabrian Chilis and Pepperoncini for Monday's dinner after work.
Bold, spicy and tangy!
Wonderful clients were feeling a bit rustic!
It will be served with Rosemary Roasted fingerling potatoes and Roasted Parmesan asparagus, YUMMM!

With the leftovers on Tuesday (or Wednesday) ...Italian beef sandwiches and coleslaw!

No rushing to the grocery store, hot kitchen, cooking and cleaning up.
I got all that covered!

Marinating Flank steak in Rosemary oil for a client family for tomorrows lunch.

It will be paired up with some lemon-garlic shrimp and a Mediterranean Quinoa salad loaded with Summer vegetables and a Caesar salad, that Mom requested.

Dropped off before lunch and all set to enjoy!

Summer is here and kids are all over the place enjoying their vacation.
Best advice, plan ahead. Marinating any proteins is the perfect way to go and so delicious!!

Parents at work or doing kid activities all day, sunset and dinner time come fast. Grill it, bake it or quickly sear it and ready to sit down to a peaceful Summertime dinner and enjoy each other!
