Native from Toulouse, Southwest of France, Patrice Valery attended a French Culinary School and graduated as Chef and Sommelier. He worked in restaurant business in France and in USA for many years, before moving to San Diego. He was one of the co-owners and Chef of a french restaurant in La Jolla, but now he prefers to experiment a different approach, and bring his love of cooking, innovative ideas, and creative recipes to your home. It could be: Barbecue Buffet Party , Traditional Parisian Bistro Dinner or Formal, plated gastronomic dinners prepared with fresh ingredients. An unforgettable experience for you and your guests.
