For a limited time, we are heading to the Adriatic with a chef curated prix fixe menu inspired by the coastal flavors of Dalmatia and Istria. Think black risotto with calamari and uni, handmade Istrian fuži with truffle, grilled branzino, Dalmatian beef stew, and plum dumplings to finish.
