Every Females in Food meetup starts with an Ambassador.

Meet the leaders bringing our community together across the Midwest:

🤝 Meet the companies behind November 4th!

JT Mega — An independent, full-service agency built exclusively for the food industry. Since 1976 they have partnered with brands across the food system to navigate change, unlock growth, and bring ideas to market that matter — strategy and insights, brand and creative, social and digital, website, media, and experiential. Their promise is Thought for Food: deep industry understanding, sharp strategic thinking, and a belief that better answers come from pushing past the expected ones. If you are working on something in the food system that is harder than it looks, they have probably seen a version of it.

Tetra Pak — A world-leading food processing and packaging solutions company committed to making food safe and available, everywhere. For more than 70 years, Tetra Pak has worked alongside food and beverage producers to deliver innovative solutions that help improve operational performance, reduce food waste and support more sustainable food systems. They are the people to find when shelf life, packaging format, or a line change is the thing standing between your idea and the shelf.

CoBank — A cooperative bank and member of the Farm Credit System, serving agriculture and rural America, financing everything from a single-facility grain cooperative to a global food and beverage company. Their Knowledge Exchange research is publicly available and worth reading before your next planning cycle, and their teams are built around staying with a business through the cycles rather than the transaction.

Dairy MAX — Represents dairy farm families across eight states, together responsible for 15% of all U.S. milk. They invest farmer checkoff dollars to grow demand and deliver impact for the communities they serve through work in schools, retail, health professionals, restaurants and consumer outreach.

Osage Food Products — For over 25 years, Osage Food Products has been a trusted partner to food and beverage companies building custom solutions tailored to their needs and consumer trends. Whether you’re developing a new product or reformulating an existing one, Osage offers comprehensive ingredient solutions including DairyPro-Dairy proteins, SolvPro-optimized Vegan complete protein blends, Collagen, Creatine, Cocoa, Osage Flavors-custom flavors, Vanilla Extracts, Natural Colors and more.

Each of them has a specific role in the day. More on that as we get closer.

Thank you to each of our sponsors! We're thrilled to have you in the room.

Need approval to attend the Summit? We wrote the email for you.

For most leaders in this room, the company covers the seat. That makes one email to your manager the only step between you and November 4.

So we drafted it, with what a manager needs to say yes.

💡 More than 65 companies are already registered for 2026. Last year, 50%+ of the room was at senior manager level or above.

💡 92% of 2025 attendees rated the return on their time, money, and travel as valuable or extremely valuable, and 96% plan to come back.

The email also covers the ninety-minute afternoon session on being seen for the work you already do. That session is a development line item on its own.

👉 Copy it, add your name, send it. Access the email here: https://www.femalesinfood.community/summit-approval/

What do you stand for as a leader?

Not your title. Not your function. The thing you would hold onto in a room where nobody agrees with you.

Kelli Thompson opens November 4th with that question, and spends the first hour helping 250 leaders find an answer clear enough to actually use — in a decision, with a team, in front of a board.

Then fifteen minutes of table discussion, because the best part of a keynote is what the room does with it.

By 9:40am you have met everyone you are sitting with, which is exactly the point.

Our Chicagoland members are heading to the driving range.

Sip & Swing is an easy evening at the Winnetka Golf Club, where you can hit a few balls or simply enjoy the conversation while connecting with members in small groups. Afterward we'll move to the clubhouse for cocktails.

No golf experience required. The point of the evening is meeting new people in Chicago's food and beverage community, not perfecting your swing.

Hosted by our Chicago Ambassador, Ashley Ganski.

This one is for Females in Food members, and space is limited to 25.

Careers move on what you learn and who you get access to. November 4 is built for both.

We keep the Summit at 250 so the speaker can take your question, and so the executive from the morning panel is still there at the reception.

Leaders across CPG, ingredients, foodservice, retail, packaging, and the agencies working alongside them. Individual contributors through the C-suite.

November 4 is one day of that. Membership is the rest of the year.

Grab your seat today, they are going fast! https://www.femalesinfood.community/females-in-food-summit-2026/
