Every August, we open up our cellar and hand people something most winery events never do: a decision. You'll taste through 20+ wines from our current lineup, work your way through chef-prepared bites and charcuterie, and talk grapes with Bacchus Club members who've done this before you. Then you pick. Amador, Lodi, and Tracy Hills fruit if you want that foothill character. Santa Cruz Mountains if you're after something cooler climate. Napa Valley Cabernet if you want to go big. Quarter barrel, half barrel, or full, whatever fits your crew and your patience for waiting on a good vintage.

We handle the crush, the aging, the bottling. You get two chances to come back and barrel taste your own wine while it's coming together. And if you're already a Bacchus Wine Club member, we'll refund up to two tickets when you book.
