Last Thursday, we had an amazing time at the Launch SA CPG Showcase, creating dishes featuring Hess Street Foods | Chorizo Seasonings Olla Express | Cafe de Olla Specialists Chimichurris and Preserves and Tío Pelon’s Salsita, Inc

During events, we’re so focused on getting the food out and making sure everyone is taken care of that we don’t always get to pause and take it all in. I’m grateful to the Launch SA photographer for these photos. They gave us a chance to look back and enjoy the moment, too.
