Homemade Pasta!
I love the time I spend in my kitchen. I have a beautiful maple topped prep table. It is a place I enjoy in my home. It reminds me of an earlier life when I owned a restaurant.

I love to combine the herbs I grow in my garden with my favorite local, fresh ingredients to feed my family with love.
I am making pasta dough laminated with herbs with rose and pansy petals in the middle by rolling out 2 pasta sheets with herbs and petals in between them and rolling them together on my pasta machine. YUM!! AND Beautiful!

I will cook just a few minutes in boiling water and toss with Chef's Butter, seasonings and some black olive oil from Island of Cypress.
