Willi and I are rolling out to Windmill Farm Winery - La Vernia , and we want EVERYONE to come join us. This is your official warning: we will absolutely be pretending we’re classy, and it will absolutely fall apart within 7 minutes.

Expect w**e.
Expect laughter.
Expect Willi swirling his glass like he’s auditioning for Real Housewives of the Hill Country.
Expect me trying to pronounce “Cabernet Sauvignon” like it’s a German tractor brand.

If you’ve ever wanted to witness two grown adults attempting “sophisticated w**ery behavior” while simultaneously debating whether w**e pairs better with schnitzel or pretzels, this is your moment.

Grab your friends, grab your weekend spirit, and come help us bring just the right amount of chaos to the Windmill.
See y’all there — and yes, we’ll probably mispronounce at least one w**e on the menu.

Willi and I have a pop up location today!! I am at Lubianski’s Feed Store in St Hedwig until 8pm or until my generator runs out of gas!!

07/17/2026

🥨 St. Hedwig, prepare your taste buds!
Willi tightened his suspenders, stomped twice for good luck, and steered the Schnitzel It trailer straight toward Hallies Ranch Subdivision.

🔥 We’re cooking TODAY from 4 PM to 8 PM!

If you hear mysterious crunching across the pasture, don’t panic — that’s just happiness spreading.

Roll through, grab a schnitzel, and let Willi bring the Bavarian thunder.
