I worked in the wellness field for 30 years as an exercise phyisologist, yoga teacher and yoga studio owner. I have been vegan since 2002 and have a vegan cooking channel on Youtube. I am a passionate animal advocate for all beings!

Today is National Kitten Day! Please consider adopting a rescue kitten or two from your local shelter. We adopted Alijah Blue and Olivia when they were 6 months old and they're almost 6 years old now. They bring us so much love, peace and joy, my angels from God!
