I used to be in the management field for several years, but then found that baking and cake decorating is my true passion. For the most part of it I am self taught ( love the internet, Barnes and Noble and countless magazines for that ). I am always looking for a challenge for new and creative ideas. I love being able to get creative with desserts, the possibilities are endless! I have great recipes that are all made from scratch NO BOX MIXES, something I am very proud of. I have some excellent Gluten Free cakes and pies most of which are made from rice flour and coconut flour. Noone can tell that they are Gluten Free, so it is like having the REAL thing.
