A day in the life of a food vendor is trying to monitor and balance supply levels, equipment issues, addressing staffing changes, incident reports, line management, quality control, food safety, customer feedback, daily reporting/making payments on time and, of course, teen drama!

Crashing out is just part of the job but the key is snapping out of it quickly because the show must go on and there are hungry fairgoers to feed!
