Stopped by Harvey’s Lake today to grab a Green Bowl for lunch and WOW it was so good! 🥗💚

Loaded with fresh veggies, delicious pickled vegetables, and so much flavor. Everything tasted crisp, fresh, and absolutely delightful and I feel great after eating it!

The Ice Palace will be set up at the Harvey’s Lake Public Beach Access TODAY starting at 11 AM, and we’ll be there all day! 🍧🌊

Come hungry—we’ll have:
🥗 Fresh & delicious grain bowls
🥣 Soup
🍧 And, of course, plenty of our refreshing dairy-free sorbet!

Grab some lunch, cool off with a sorbet, and enjoy a gorgeous sunny day by the lake. ☀️💦

Finally! 🚚❄️

The Ice Palace food trailer is officially finished, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you!

It’s been a lot of work to get to this point, but it’s all come together and we’re ready to hit the road serving handcrafted sorbets, vegan soups, and more.

What a whirlwind of a weekend! 🤩🇺🇸

From the Shaggy concert where we sold out of EVERYTHING in just two hours, to First Friday, and wrapping it all up with an amazing Fourth of July celebration, it has been one incredible few days!

We loved seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new customers, and watching everyone enjoy our sorbet. Your support means the world to our family and keeps us excited to bring The Ice Palace to more events all summer long.

Thank you for making this holiday weekend one we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to see you at the next stop! 💙🍧❤️

🎆 What an incredible day at the Littleton Independence Day Celebration! 🇺🇸❤️

We had an absolute blast serving all of you, listening to great live music, dancing, and ending the night with an amazing fireworks show! The best part? We SOLD OUT of our sorbet! 🍧🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, supported our small business, and helped make the day so memorable. We love being part of such an amazing community and can’t wait to see you at our next event!

What a night at the Lake Morey Summer Concert! 🎶☀️

We had an incredible time serving up sorbetto and vegan grain bowls—and thanks to all of you, we almost SOLD OUT of our sorbetto! 🍧 Our grain bowls were a huge hit, too.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, grabbed a bite, and helped make the evening so much fun. Between the amazing live music, beautiful lakeside setting, and all the smiling faces, the vibe was absolutely on point.

We can’t wait to do it all again next week. See you there! 💙
