Today (Aug 30th) is Customer Appreciation Day! $1 small, $2 medium, and $3 large shaved ice. Our St James location will have 50 cent scoops of ice cream!
This will be our last day of the season at both locations. Hours will be Noon-5pm!

Today, August 24th, will be our last Monday of the season. Our hours will be Noon-9pm.

We will be closed the rest of the week and reopen on Saturday, August 29th, from Noon-10pm.

Our last day of the season will be Sunday, August 30th. We will be open from Noon-5pm for Customer Appreciation Day!! We will have $1 small, $2 medium, and $3 large shaved ice available. Ice cream will be 50 cents per scoop!

We wrap up Employee Appreciation Week at our St. James location by highlighting Mya Krueger. Mya will receive HALF of all sales in St. James on Friday, August 14th. This is her second summer working!

Mya is going into her senior year at Rolla High School. She is planning to go to MSU to get a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance after graduation.

Employee Appreciation Week continues by highlighting Jacob Rinehart at our St. James location. Jacob will receive HALF of all sales in St. James on Wednesday, August 12th. He is a veteran at the stand in his 8TH SUMMER working! He has been instrumental in the success of Summertime Snow.

Jacob is in his third year of teaching History at Rolla High School where he is doing an amazing job. He is following in the footsteps of one of the best to ever teach - his dad, Mr. Jamie Rinehart!

It’s Employee Appreciation Week at Summertime Snow in St. James! Today we would like to highlight Brody Luna. He will receive HALF of all sales in St. James on Sunday, August 9th. This is Brody’s second summer working!

Brody is going into his senior year at Rolla High School where he participates in Soccer and Tennis. He plans to attend Missouri S&T to study Architectural Engineering.

We’ve posted this sign at both locations. We are doing everything we can to keep the honeybees away. We thought we found a magical spray formula that worked GREAT for two weeks…now they act like they love the spray??? We tried something new in Rolla yesterday. If it works, we will do it in St. James. The only thing we haven’t tried is an open container of sugar water off to the side that is easy for them to get to. Ideally, they would go there because it’s easy and leave everything else alone, but many Beekeepers have said it may attract even more honeybees. It’s a never ending struggle at this point. Thank you all for being patient with us. They are typically the least active from noon - 3pm and about 7:30pm - 10:00pm.
