Another February birthday cake. This one was for our daughter’s 19th.

Her only request was chocolate on chocolate, and I think this definitely delivered. It was a three layer, 9-inch Portillo’s copycat chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, topped with Lindor truffles, gold non pariels, and Whoppers, plus miniature Hershey bars around the bottom.

This one should officially be called Death by Chocolate!

Here’s another birthday dessert from February, made for my son’s 27th birthday! 🫐

He requested blueberry and dark chocolate cheesecake, so I made a blueberry cheesecake with a chocolate crust, blueberry glaze, dark chocolate-dipped blueberries, fresh blueberries, and mint sprigs on top.

This one was absolutely delicious!

This was a two-layer chocolate cake, 9-inch rounds, with chocolate frosting, dried strawberries around the bottom, and hand-dipped chocolate-covered strawberries on top. She asked, and I delivered!

A little throwback to the cake I made for my sister-in-law’s birthday in April. 💕

This was a three-layer chocolate cake made with 9-inch rounds and covered in cream cheese buttercream. I kept the finish semi-naked and added lots of soft pink flowers and greenery for a simple, pretty look.

It’s been a year or two since I’ve posted on here, but this cake was too fun not to share!📚

This is a five-layer, 8-inch French vanilla cake with strawberry filling. Everything on the cake is edible except the dragon topper & book covers, and I drew each of the book spines freehand. It’s not perfect, but I’m really happy with how it all came together!

I made this for my niece’s 22nd birthday, and she absolutely loved it.

Maybe it’s time to start sharing my baked goods and cakes again. 😊
