Made these today and I am happy with how they turned out!!

I think I still want to tweak the frosting a bit for texture, but the flavor is amazing.

A big thank you to Barb Smith Thome for giving me the idea for these Espresso Martini Cupcakes!

Chocolate cupcake, espresso martini ganache filling, espresso martini Swiss meringue buttercream, and a couple espresso beans on top.

These were definitely a little outside of my normal cupcake flavors, but I’m really glad I tried them because they are GOOD. ☕🍸

Barb, I think you may have created a new one for the menu! Can’t wait to share them with you this weekend!

I think I did it. 😍🍌

I’ve been working on this one and I’m officially calling it…this may be my next signature cookie.

Introducing my Banana Cream Pudding Cheesecake Stuffed Cookie 🤤 Please ignore the TV in the background trying to be a paid actor.

Fresh banana baked right into the cookie dough, stuffed with creamy banana pudding cheesecake & fresh bananas, with those perfectly caramelized, crunchy edges and a soft, chewy, sweet center. And of course a little Nilla wafer action because banana pudding without Nilla wafers just feels wrong. 😂

These turned out SO ridiculously good.

Now the important question… would you order these?! 🍌

And should these officially earn a permanent spot on the Fork Yeah! Sweets & Treats menu?

I’ve been messing around in the kitchen again, and I think I might have something really good going on here.

I’m not telling you what it is yet because I want to see if anyone can figure it out from this picture.

All I’m gonna say is… this is going to be a cookie. 🍪

That’s it. That’s your only clue.

So… what do you think I’m making??

And NO, I’m not giving hints. Nice try. 😂

I’ll post the reveal when I decide this little experiment is officially Fork Yeah! worthy.
