Hey everyone. This is chef Josh from Puso I regret to inform you that due to circumstances of the recent years Puso will be closing up shop. I'm a little sad that ride was short but I'm very proud of how far we came. Cooking has always been a passion of mine and I never thought I'd actually give it a ago and make it into a business. I don't see this a failure but as a little pause. To everyone that supported me and everyone that enjoyed my food, I wanna thank you for helping me make a dream come true.

First up is our longanisa burger. Made from a blend of our Filipino pork sausage and ground beef. Topped with the fixings and Swiss cheese. Finished with our bourbon sweet chili sauce and Served on Grilled Pan de Sol Bread from Bad Bakers

The second picture is pulled chicken adobo sandwiches topped with spicy sweet coleslaw, cheddar cheese and bourbon sweet chili sauce, Served on Grilled Pan de Sol Bread from Bad Bakers.

Did you catch Chef Josh yesterday on Fox 40 News? Lousiana Sue's Crawfish & Catfish Festival is right around the corner and we're bringing back our Crawfish and Pork Lumpia from last year, as well as Sue's new challenge for Chef Josh- Crawfish Paella! He cooked both on TV yesterday morning, and he can cook them for you too if you come out to the festival!

Ok, guys first real event in the books. It was a over all success. We had some hiccups, some things worked well...some things not so much. But we kept up with some seasoned veterans. We got alot of compliments and a lot of people found it hard to believe that this was our first show. I really want to thank my Mom ( Mamaril) and Dad for their support and all their help. Thank you for all the running around and putting up with me talking short and fast. For pulling the trailer, making runs, and just being their and talking to me as I tried to make it over that hump. I love you guys and couldn't do it without you. Ok, now we are up we are running. New things are coming and way more delicious things than just Lumpia! Be prepared for more reimagined dishes.

(Jesus Christ, We need to upgrade that tent!)
