It's Meal Prep Monday ‼️
While most people hate Monday's, I love getting into a kitchen and expressing myself creatively through food.

This week I thought I'd show what I meal prep for myself in a week. I usually meal prep my own breakfast, lunches and dinners on Sundays, that way the rest of my week rooms smoothly. This Morrocon Bowl was inspired by a tiktok I saw but with my own twists.

The Morroccon Bowl includes: Moroccan Spice Chickpeas, Quinoa, Shredded Carrots, Chopped Cucumbers, Tiny Heirloom Tomatoes, Sheep's Milk Feta, Fresh Basil and my homemade Green Lentil Hummus

I love to eat as sustainably as I can and stick to vegetarian and vegan meal preps for myself. I don't believe you have to be a strict vegan or vegetarian in order to make a difference! I think just being conscious of how you're consuming and what you're consuking can do a lot! Even just eating one vegetarian meal a week does wonders for our environment!
