Refund Policy

To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may request a refund (minus shipping & handling) on any order within 7 days in the event of any of the following:
Incorrect product delivered
Delivered to the wrong address
If there is an issue in transit (package theft, damaged in shipping, or item

delivered but not received), please file a claim with the post office. Please do not return an order without contacting customer service first.

This bold, full-bodied, medium roast coffee has been aged in a bourbon barrel for 30 days before roasting. While the beans are still unroasted and green, they are very porous and able to soak up all the flavors present in the barrel, creating an incredibly bold, rich, delicious coffee. Introducing our ice-cold Cryogenic Cold Brew 🧊 ❄️ Congrats again to Matt Thalken for helping us name our latest coffee!

Cryogenics is the study of things at veryyy low temperatures 🥶 and is used in a wide variety of industries you may not even know about. Most recently, cryogenic chambers were required to store COVID-19 vaccines during the distribution process. Fun Fact: Dippin’ Dots supply chain uses this technology to transport their product nationwide, and their freezers assisted with the distribution of the Pfizer vaccine to all parts of the country.

We may not have cryogenic chambers, but this medium-roast coffee blend is best brewed at near-freezing temperatures and specially made to ensure low acidity with smooth notes of cocoa, caramel, and vanilla. Head to the link in bio if you want a taste of Cryogenic Cold Brew 🧊
