You know what's truly frustrating? Working hard to get what you need, only to have someone steal it.

This weekend, our trailer was stolen. Sept 14th and 15th The thief cut the locks and left the gate wide open. Thankfully, two neighbors let me know what happened. The property is located off Casey Lane, and Sly Park Rd next to Holiday Market, and while it was supposed to be a great place to live, it seems there are a few bad apples in the area.

No one should be on the property without permission. If you notice anyone suspicious, please take photos. We've installed hidden cameras to prevent this from happening again.

The trailer is red with square fenders, making it easy to recognize. If you see it, please let me know so we can take appropriate action.

If you have video footage, especially if you're near Holiday Market, please check it—these thieves might not have been as clever as they thought.

It was a sad day today. After considering all the alternatives, my wife and I have come to the conclusion that it's time to move in a different direction. The restaurant has been a significant part of our daily focus, but it has also brought a great deal of pressure. I do not envy anyone in the restaurant business—the margins are tight, and the costs continue to rise.

We have met many great people and want to thank all of you for supporting our efforts over the last few years. We had hoped for better results, but if I could leave you with anything from this experience, it’s to support your local restaurant owners. They are dealing with many challenges, and ordering from DoorDash or Grubhub doesn’t help them. If you want to support them and keep them strong, please order directly from their websites and visit them more often.

I am very happy we were able to meet so many of you, and I recognize that many of the challenges I faced were my own doing. Being an entrepreneur comes with many obstacles. Today, Friday is the last day we will be open.
