We are back from a much needed vacation, and couldnā€™t be more excited to serve you all!

We will be at the Brimfield Antique Show from 10:30 am - 4:00 pm or until sold out from Tuesday-Sunday of this week!

We are running a limited menu made up of only sandwiches and Mac and cheese bowls, but still super delicious!

We are excited to see you out there!

A year in, running this food trailer part-time, and this last week and a half had been the busiest weā€™ve ever had. Every event we showed up to, you showed up too, and you sold us out every single time. We honestly donā€™t have the words for how much that means to us. After a year of doing this, watching you all come back plate after plate has been more than we could have asked for.

Weā€™re going to take a little time to rest and be with family. Weā€™ll be on vacation until July 13.

After that, hereā€™s where you can find us:

šŸŗ Brimfield Antique Show, July 14 through 19. Weā€™ll be running a limited menu while weā€™re there. Sandwiches only.

šŸ”„ Full menu is back August 1st at Lilac Hedge Farm.

So if youā€™ve been waiting on the full lineup, August 1st is your day. Weā€™ll have everything ready for you.

Catch us at Lilac Hedge Farm for their Fourth of July bonfire, 3 to 9 PM or until we sell out. Live music, local beers on tap, ice cream, and great food vendors all around the farm.

And weā€™re bringing something special: introducing our Nabulsi Brisket Burger. Nabulsi is a traditional Palestinian brine cheese from the city of Nablus that pan sears golden without melting.

Hereā€™s the build: a smoked brisket patty topped with creamy pan-seared Nabulsi and finished with our homemade BBQ sauce. Itā€™s running as a special, so once itā€™s gone, itā€™s gone.

This Saturday weā€™re at Lilac Hedge Farmfor their 4th of July Bonfire event. Come find us from 3 to 9 or until we sell out.

Live music, local beers on tap, ice cream, and a lineup of great food vendors.

Hereā€™s the thing though. After Saturday weā€™re heading out on vacation from June 30 through July 12, then weā€™re at the Brimfield Antique Show July 14 to 19 running a limited menu only. That means itā€™ll be close to a month before you can get our full menu again.

So come out this Saturday and letā€™s eat some barbecue.
