When I was a young child, my Grandma Irene always had me join her in the
kitchen to bake with her.I was helping her make baklava by the time I was 5. Together, we rolled a perfect piece of baklava. The recipe has passed
through generations and I was blessed to be the recipient. I am happy to share this piece of my heritage with you.
