My family has been in the restaurant business for 40 years and I was raised in my parents' kitchen. Serving full flavored meals to our communities in Arkansas has been all I've ever known. I find happiness in gathering my friends and family around a big table filled with the best food. It wasn't long before I was hooked on the many hot chicken restaurants in the Middle Tennessee area. back to Arkansas, I brought my love of hot chicken back with me. After cooking hot chicken for my family and friends, I looked for a way to share these experiences with our communities in Arkansas.
