We - Will - Never - Forget

Still in high school. Every TV in the house was on. Every classroom had their TVs on and monitoring. It wasn’t a day for learning in the traditional sense. Most couldn’t understand what was going on or what this symbolized.

It was the beginning of why we joined the military and served.

The men that ran into those buildings and up the flight of stairs are hero’s. They ran towards the danger.

There is a lot of conspiracies about this day. But it happened. Lives destroyed. Lives lost. Our country was hit and we rallied effing hard core.

We will never forget what happened that day or the weeks to months that followed.

UNITED WE STAND.

Farmers market days are coming to close this season. We have enjoyed meeting and conversing with so many new customers and returning customers. We are truly grateful for your belief in not just seeing, but tasting and exploring what we have to offer.

We have ONE final day at the Rockwall Farmers Market Sept 19th where the team will be split between the RFM and Cars and Coffee Rockwall.

We look forward to conversing and show casing the world’s top 1% of coffee, tea and syrups. We will see yall out there for one final time this season.

Let’s have breakfast! Oh wait let’s talk about breakfast.

It’s Labor Day weekend and the same old breakfast is being made.

Or is it?

Add exactly 4 pumps of Pecan Bliss to your protein based pancake mix and a tad bit more water and you’ll soon understand why this breakfast isn’t your average breakfast.

Instead of layering globs of maple syrup on top of the overly dry bland pancakes. You now have a pancake with a subtle pecan and honey undertone mixed in. Top it with 2 pumps of strawberry Grace and your mouth gets an added complexity of subtle strawberry sweetness without over powering the dish.

It’s like a culinary genius created this, but it was just the owners mad scientist brain.
