A full market season calls for a menu revamp 🍞

Individual items will be available for purchase at markets

Pickups are located in Belvidere

Orders are typically completed within the next day or two, however please allow more time due to the busy season we have ahead

I've had a couple questions on why I require payment at time of order and would like to take this time to explain my reasoning.
My sourdough loaves are made with my own made-from-scratch starter without the use of yeast. This slow, natural fermentation process takes time - up to 2 days from start to finish.
Unfortunately, I've had no shows in the past. I've incorporated the prepayment policy because these are freshly baked items that have no guarantee of resale if someone doesn't pick up. I invest time, money, and love into every order. I just want to make sure we are BOTH committed to this agreement before anything is started on my end.
I appreciate everyone's understanding and hope to see you all soon!
