Today was so fun!!!

Last week we had the America’s Best Restaurants crew at BD4. Today, the cameras were back, this time with Future Memory Media!

We spent the day filming videos for our franchise discovery process, giving future franchise partners a behind the scenes look at who we are, how we operate, and what makes BD4, BD4.

It’s pretty exciting watching months (actually years) of planning really come to life at these final stages. We’re getting closer!

We’re closed today, tomorrow, and as always, on Monday.

That means our team gets to enjoy an extra long holiday weekend with the people they love, and we couldn’t be happier to give them that time.

Because even burger people deserve a weekend to eat someone else’s burgers.

Craving something FRESHHH? We gotchu.

This week’s feature is our Veggie & Hummus Wrap loaded with hummus, avocado, cucumber, red pepper, carrots, pickled onion, feta, mixed greens, sweet potato fries, balsamic reduction, and sriracha lime aioli, all wrapped in a garlic herb tortilla.

Turns out vegetables have a personality after all.

We hosted our BD4 + The Raven hiring event and the response has been overwhelming in the best way.

When we asked applicants why they wanted to work with us, the answer was rarely about a paycheck or a schedule.

It was our culture.

Over and over, people told us they had heard great things about the atmosphere, the team, and the way we treat people.

For years we’ve heard restaurants say, “Nobody wants to work anymore.”

Maybe the better question is: Would people want to work for you?

Culture isn’t a buzzword. It’s not something you write on a wall. It’s something people experience, talk about, and share with others when you’re not in the room.

We’re grateful for every person who applied, and even more grateful for the team that has helped build a workplace people genuinely want to be part of.

That’s something worth protecting. 🧡

Join us Monday at 2:00 PM for a Hiring Event featuring both concepts.

Instead of sitting through a standard interview, you'll rotate through a series of quick conversations with managers and team members. Think speed dating, but for jobs.

It's a chance for us to get to know you, for you to get to know us, and to find the role at the place that best fits.

We're currently hiring Front of House team members:
• Servers
• Bartenders
• Hosts

If you’re the type of person who orders extra pepperoni on your pizza, then this weeks feature is one for you.

The Crispy Pepperoni & Egg Burger is loaded with fired pepperoni, cheddar, pickled onion, arugula, garlic aioli, grainy mustard, and a fried egg on a toasted brioche bun.
