Today is a day that is very special to both myself and our community. Over the years, I have been a passionate supporter of small businesses. Throughout my time as Representative of the 68th District, I have made small business representation a priority and have passed numerous bills making sure that small business owners’ voices are heard. Sabores Mobile Kitchen, our food truck, marked the beginning of our journey. After five years of serving Rockford and surrounding cities, we took a leap of faith and opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant. We transitioned into our new establishment, now named Marrufo's Tacos. We are excited to open our doors and welcome our amazing community! Join us on October 10, 2024, from 3pm to 7pm for our Grand Opening!
