We have just 20 bags left—roasted medium and a few mid-dark. Once they’re gone, that’s it until the next harvest season.

Have you ever seen what a coffee bean looks like?
Or maybe even the honey process of that cherry bean is?

We will have
Costa Rica OBATA honey processed Coffee, freshly roasted,
At our show this weekend.

In a honey process, the cherry skin is removed but some of the sugary mucilage is left on the seed while it dries. That usually gives you more sweetness and body than a washed coffee, while staying cleaner and more defined than a full natural.
