What an awesome first market at Lovelock Ranch! Huge shout-out to our friends at The Big Bend Market for having us, and an even bigger thank you to everybody who came out and grabbed some rolls! Saw a bunch of familiar faces, met a whole lot of new ones, and somehow managed to sell every last roll we brought with us. You guys are ridiculous, haha.

ANYWAY, we're already gearing up for round two!

We'll be announcing our next event for THIS WEEKEND sometime today or tomorrow, and opening up another Hotplate pre-order drop along with it.

OH, and did I mention WE HAVE DELIVERY NOW?!

Yup. You can officially get our scratch-made brioche cinnamon rolls brought right to your door. No pants required. (suggested when answering the door, however) 😂

Keep your eyes peeled for the announcement! Pre-orders have been going quick lately, so don't sleep on 'em.

We're headed to Lovelock Ranch for the first time!

Come hang with us this Sunday at the Wimauma Market! We're super excited to be back with our friends from The Big Bend Market, and as usual, we're bringing Florida's BEST small-batch, scratch-made brioche cinnamon rolls!

These are officially the last rolls headed to New Jersey for the foreseeable future!

Mrs. Rolls With It is starting a new chapter in her career, but this time she'll be working from home right here in Tampa. More time together as a family, and no more shipping Mom off to Jersey. I'll take it!

Naturally, we had to send 'em off right. 16 OGs and 16 Cookies & Cream rolls, and I gotta say, these came out pretty damn killer. 😎

With this chapter coming to a close, we've got plenty of exciting things ahead for Rolls With It Tampa. Event schedules, new flavors, and a few announcements coming soon!

My Roll-y friends!

The start of the school year has officially kicked our butts. Not only is Mrs. Rolls With It at the tail end of a TWENTY-TWO-DAY stretch in NJ, but Dave’s been over here juggling 3 kiddos in school, 1 in baseball, another in potty training... good lord, it’s been rough. Let’s not even get into the fact that kiddo #3 has been home for the better part of a week dealing with some pretty serious upper respiratory stuff.

Anywho, it’s always calmest before the storm, as they say. Rolls With It will be back in SERIOUS ACTION with a new, consistent weekend schedule, plus a number of events already lined up from now through Christmas.

We’ve also got some stuff in the works that we seriously can’t wait to share with you. Until then, stay tuned to all of our social media pages, and make sure you’re following us at hotplate.com/rollswithit so you get the immediate updates on all our pop-ups and vendor events.

Most "Sticky Buns" come with a traditional caramel or even with just a thin vanilla glaze... not this bad boy!

House-made SALTED caramel sets this treat apart from the typical offerings you see out and about. Not TOO salty, but just enough to bring out the amazing caramel notes in every bite.

Driveway Pop-Up this Sunday, August 23rd! 🙌

We’ve got a few good ones on the menu this week — Salted Caramel Sticky Buns, Cookie Butter Cinnamon Rolls, and of course our OG Cinnamon Rolls!

And for the first time, you’ll be able to get the OGs with a MAPLE GLAZE instead of our traditional vanilla bean icing. 👀🍁

Hey all! 👋

Let’s talk rolls! 🤤 This bad boy has been back in rotation:

🍪 Cookie Butter Cinnamon Roll! 🍪

Our extra-decadent brioche dough is filled with a mix of dark brown sugar, white cane sugar, cinnamon, butter, and a generous amount of crushed Biscoff cookies. Then it’s covered in vanilla bean icing and, obviously, MORE cookies. 😮‍💨

You’ll see a few different versions of this treat out and about, but I think one of the things that really sets ours apart is the house-made cookie butter caramel it’s drizzled in. 🤯

Mind. Blowing.

You literally can’t believe how good the kitchen smells when we’re whipping that stuff up. Hoooo boy! 😂🔥

We’ll keep this one around for another event or two. 😉 So if you see it, grab one while you can!
