Please allow me to take a minute of your time and ask a huge favor.

Our niece Hayven Barnes was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation and was recently hospitalized due to a headache that wouldn’t go away, during her stay they found it has caused her to have too much pressure on her brain which is affecting her everyday life. Doctors have determined they need to operate. They will go in and remove a piece of her skull to relieve pressure and she will be having a graph put in because they are removing the thick membrane that surrounds the brain to give more space and she will be hospitalized for a little time. This comes with unimaginable risks but we have to put all our faith into the man above and the doctors. 100% of funds raised will go directly to the family for food, parking, gas and whatever else they may need during our nieces hospital stay after surgery.

****PRE ORDER ONLY****- I’m doing pulled pork sandwiches, bag of chips, and a soda for $15/plate.
4 or more plates and we will deliver local.

If anyone would like to make a donation outside of buying a plate our family would forever be grateful.

Bubba's Bbq & Catering has a new rig and are looking for sponsors that would like to have a spot on our new trailer. This is perfect advertisement for large and small businesses as we travel all over Brazoria and surrounding counties as well as throughout the State for Cookoffs. Your business will get maximum exposure on a mobile billboard down all major highways and while at cookoffs everywhere we go! Spots are for a full YEAR from date of installation! All funds go towards helping us with travel expenses, entry fees, supplies, etc. Without your help we couldn’t do what we love as much as we do! Elevate your pork game with our new rub! Great color with some sweet, savory, and smoky notes with a little spice on the end. This rub has a little bit of everything to take your pork/ribs to the next level! We’ve been developing it for a while now and in the testing stages! We’ve been running it the last couple comps and man has it been working out good for us! If you see us around at a comp feel free to stop by and try a sample!

We traveled on over to East Bernard this weekend to cook the Austin Matura Scholarship Fund Cookoff! Had a decent cook we felt and didn’t leave completely empty handed. At the end of the day we came home with

27th Chicken (flew the coop) thought it was 🔥lol
16th Rib (Needed a little more pop)
10th Brisket (Rosewood from Chopping Block)

12th Overall out of 40-50 teams (not sure)

Brought home some hardware and got a little money back!

Congratulations to LGO Cookers on their GC and to AMP Cookers on their RGC! Also everyone else who heard their name!

Of course we couldn’t do what we do without the best meats in the business from The Chopping Block! All of our supplies from the best in the business The Barbecue Store!
