I'm super excited to announce that for the first time and I will be taking over on May 19th from 6- Sellout for a Cheesesteak & Detroit style pizza extravaganza!!!

will be bringing their amazing Cheesesteaks & 🐔 Chipotle Cheesesteaks while I bring the Detroit Style pizza for the ultimate combo pack.

We'll be offering both Duo sized packs with an 8x10" pizza, choice of Cheesesteak, drinks, & cookies or a full Squad-sized pack with a 10x14" pizza, *2* full sized Cheesesteaks, and of course, drinks & cookies.

Pre-orders for this event are highly encouraged and will go live May 9th via Slotted so be sure to put it on your calendar!

Little update on round pies though.... I've been making a few more lately and they've been coming out great, my dough experience is paying off!! Expect them to be implemented in a few different forms soon and ty to my co-worker for stopping by and snapping some pics and the imitable for lending a hand this week🙏

Phew!! What a crazy couple of weeks, we're back to popping up this weekend though!!

Important things first!! We're back this Sunday (3/20) & Monday (3/21) from 5-8 for another double header!! Make sure to pre-order over at timspizza.hatchrichmond.com to secure your timeslot as always!!

This week at the Cafe we've got one of the coolest little projects I've tried out in awhile, a really cool one time only dessert special using and !!! We'll take a couple of my Chocolate Chip cookies and serve them under some of Jiji's Vanilla Frozen Custard and top it with powdered sugar and freshly sliced . Some of the tastiest little strawberries I've had in awhile, and I'll only splurge on these in season fruits once a year so make sure you get down here to try!! This dessert can feed two but you probably will want your own...

Did you know that Bob's Burger's is back on too?! First few episodes have been great and we're bringing back some all time favorite specials in tribute. Join us as 'What a Weird Lookin' Bun' returns in all of it's Cheeseburger Pizza Glory. So does the Buffalo Chicken Pizza! 'A Short Trip to Buffalo'; coming with homemade Ranch and Buffalo Sauce, alongside blue cheese, crispy chicken, optional bacon, and green onions finally returns, and it's a darn fine pie.

Can't wait to see you all this weekend from 5-8 !!!

The French Drip was a huge success last pop-up and it's looking like Pinky's Out could give it a run for it's money this week!!! We'll be

This upcoming special will have some made Harissa sausage in the sauce and will get topped with Ricotta, roasted pistachio, pickled fennel, and . It's going to be a flavor 💣

All your favorite classic specials, party packs, and of course cookies will be there along for the ride as well!!

Also for those of you who keep an eye on all my wonderful .richmond friends there might be something fun happening near the end of service on Monday 👀

Did ya miss us? We missed you. Good news though because we've got an absolutely killer specials lineup for the upcoming double header this Sunday/Monday (3/6 & 3/7) from 5-8!!!

When I'm not making pizza's, you can often find me and for this pop-up, everyone benefits as Head chef & I put our heads together to bring you some collaborative pies that I am *extremely* excited about.

First up we have a veg option called "I Miss You Pepperoni." has a recipe he shared that uses some of their famous hot sauce to make a totally vegetarian drizzle that tastes *exactly* like Pepperoni, and it kinda blew my mind when I tasted it. Very limited supplies of this but we'll top a Margherita inspired pie with this spicy fennel and garlic forward drizzle for a delicious Vegetarian "Pepperoni" pie.

Next up! "Pinky's Out!" This is one for the books. Stevie made a beautiful Harissa sausage which I'll incorporate into my house sauce and serve on top of my classic Detroit Pie... then it gets crazy. Finished with dollops of Ricotta, roasted pistachios, , a touch of pickled fennel, parsley, and of course, lemon zest; this is going to be a one of the craziest pies we've done yet.

All your regular favorites like Burrata Bread and the classic "I Wish I Was In LA" return as well alongside your favorite fully customizable Detroit's. Bar Pie's are available but only 5 per night!

Don't forget about the Party Pack either! Get a deal on any specialty or custom pizza which will come with a side of Popcorn Chicken, cookies, & homemade Ranch or Honey Mustard!!

Just a little pic of me hanging with my gluten friends. My NY dough and bar pie dough get a much longer ferment than my focaccia/Detroit as vigorous/quick fermentation benefits the latter more in my opinion. What say you?!
