Food has long been my way of connecting with people. From New Hampshire to the Culinary Institute of America, through Michelin-starred kitchens in New York City.

Now as a whole-animal butcher and sausage maker, every step of my journey has reinstated one belief: great food starts with great ingredients, skilled hands and the right tools.
