We are excited to see everyone at the Baker City Farmers Market tomorrow! Yep, you read that right, we will be joining the team in Baker for the remainder of their season.

We look forward to seeing our regular customers and hopefully meeting some new folks and introducing you to our premium Pasture Raised pork and lard products. Come by and talk about what makes these pigs and the way they are raised so much different than modern commercial pork.

We will be bringing a full selection of products however if you want to be sure we have something for you to check out, just drop us a line and we can load that for you!

While you wont find us at Market for at least a few weeks, we are fully stocked and are running specials on some of our most popular items. Available to pick up on farm or with select delivery available while we are out and about (Baker City on Thursdays)

Heritage breed hogs raised on pasture and Corn/soy free-locally grown feed. All processing is done under USDA inspection by Northwest Premium Meats.

Whole and Half-hog shares available-

In addition to the specials and our full line of stocking product, we do have 2- Half Hogs cut, wrapped, and ready to go in your freezer with no wait time. This was a smaller hog which makes it a great entry level opportunity to anyone new to pork shares, or for those that do not need as much. These shares are going at 500.00 out the door and include a full selection of product in a "Standard Cut". One share with thicker 1-1/4" chops and the other with thinner 3/4" chops.

Want a larger share or something custom cut? We have another round of Purebred GOS hogs going at the end of the year as well.

Specials good through 9/13-

Pork Steaks- 3/4" thick. Single or 2 pack. 8.00/lb

Loin Chops- Bone in 3/4" or 1-1/4" single pack- 10.00/lb

Tomahawk Rib Chops- A crowd favorite, featured at several of our favorite local restaurants, we have limited stock on these. 12.00/lb, single packed.

Back Fat- Just in time for hunting season. 2.00/lb 3-5lb packs

Bulk Sausage (1lb avg) - Breakfast, Spicy Breakfast, Sweet Italian, Hot Italian, or Chorizo available. 9.00/pk or 3/25.00.

Also a last call for Whole/half shares until October. We will be stocking a few smaller halves in a "Standard cut" however if you want anything cut to order we will need those orders asap.

*Pictured on grill; Char Siu made from thin sliced Pasture Pork Boston Butt. A great entree or our favorite, chopped and in fried rice. One of our lesser known stocked cuts, this is incredibly versatile from bbq pork sandwiches to Al Pastor, it is delicious
