Spring Water Produce LLC Spring Water Produce has many varieties of lettuce, kale, basil, spinach, parsley, sage and various other spices available for purchase.

Spring Water Produce was started in 2015 when we purchased our greenhouse and started construction on our Aquaponics Farm. The greenhouse is 114 x 30 feet. We currently have six tilapia tanks, and thirteen grow beds where we grow lettuce, basil, kale, spinach and spices. The values that guide our business are quality products at affordable prices, healthy food without the use of chemicals. Aquapon

ics is the combination of aquaculture (raising fish) and hydroponics (the soil-less growing of plants) that grows fish and plants together in one integrated system. The fish waste provides an organic food source for the plants, and the plants naturally filter the water for the fish.

We have restocked all 3 locations with our lettuce for this week!! Come get your fresh clean greens! Hearth & Homestead in Kahoka MO, Warsaw Mercantile in Warsaw IL and The Macomb Food Coop in Macomb IL! Thank you for trusting us and supporting us! These past few weeks have been a little crazy!! This time of year we are usually slowing down and planting winter crop but the greenhouse is full of lettuce and we should continue to have more throughout the winter! It’s so important to know where your food comes from and the people who are producing it! Support local! Eat fresh!!

We have our Butterhead lettuce, a little leaf lettuce, a little kale, Swiss chard, collard greens, BIG basil, herbs, cute plants and simmer pots (made from our dried herbs)!
