We know exactly where our fish comes from and how it’s caught.

Every fish is individually long-line caught in the  Bering sea, never mass netted. This selective method protects quality and ensures each fish is handled with respect from the moment it leaves the water. It’s then processed right on board our Alaskan Leader fleet, preserving freshness and flavor at its peak.

This isn’t just seafood — it’s our family’s work, our boats, our crew, and our commitment to quality. When you eat with us, you’re not just supporting a local restaurant — you’re supporting a family that stands behind every catch.
