From one of our followers, An easy, CREAMY pasta recipe🍽
Recipe for sauce:
1 box Miyoko's Kitchen Sun-dried Tomato (vegan cheese, but trust me you won't notice)
2 Cups reserved pasta water
Heat Miyokos in the same pan used to boil pasta. Slowly add in the reserved pasta water. Add in sautéed mushrooms, onions, and garlic.
Optional: add diced fresh tomatoes, sautéed spinach, or anything else you can thing of😊
Toss with cooked Saporito pasta, and manga!🍝
