Club EA is a full service wellness center taking pride in the health and wellness of EA employees, contractors, temps, family and friends. We have knowledgeable and skilled personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. If a group setting is more your style, we offer group exercise classes including spin, kickboxing, yoga, zumba, and sculpting. Our on-site services also include chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage, located in quite private rooms to help with stress and relaxation needs. It's finally the weekend!! If you've had a difficult week, or just need some extra relief, take a tip from Trainer Paris on this foam roller technique:
"A great exercise for correcting shoulders-forward posture, kyphosis, can be done while lying on the foam roller. This technique will help stretch out the pectoral muscles in the chest while releasing fascia in the upper back and shoulder blades. Even better, this exercise feels amazing!"
